Like any association, TWAM has statutes.
TWAM's fiscal status: TWAM is a non-profit association registered in France. As an association, TWAM makes no profit and is not subject to corporate tax. All collected resources are fully reinvested in the association's activities. TWAM is also authorized to issue tax receipts for donations, allowing donors residing in France to benefit from a tax reduction of 66% of the donation amount, within the limit of 20% of taxable income (article 200 of the French Tax Code).
